2. Refund Policy
We only refund if:
1. You do not use the key.
2. Contact us to request a refund.
Remember that after you completed the payment, the keys were sent via email and if you used them -> have no refund.
Either by misuse (user mistakes at the moment of reset).
Also remember that some features are dangerous, experimental and without any warranty.
Firmware downgrade may not work on printers manufactured in 2015.
