    We purchased a replacement ink pad and then discovered that we needed a key in order for the printer to recognize that the pad had been replaced. It is kind of stressful and scary looking for a program to download off of the internet to provide you with the software needed to reset the ink pad. I am glad I stumbled upon your website. Everything worked as expected and our printer is now working again!! Our daughter was adopted from Vietnam 3 years ago and we will be traveling there again this fall to bring home our son 😉 We love Vietnam’s country and culture. Cảm ơn rất nhiều !
